How do I view, change or delete a Bill Payment in FastNet Classic?

You can only change the Particulars, Code or Reference for a Bill Payment in FastNet Classic. To change the account you pay from, the payee name or payee account number, you'll need to delete the bill payment and create a new one with the updated details.

To view or change a Bill Payment:

  1. Log into FastNet Classic internet banking.
  2. Open ‘Payments’ in the menu.
  3. Select ‘Bill Payments’.
  4. Select the nominated bank account you wish to view or alter.
  5. Select the ‘View/Edit/Delete' button.
  6. Select the Payee Name you wish to view or alter to show the Edit Payee screen.
  7. Edit the details of your payee then select the 'Edit' button.
  8. Complete the change by selecting the 'Yes' button in the 'Are you sure you want to do this?' section.

To delete a Bill Payment:

  1. Log into Fastnet Classic internet banking.
  2. Open ‘Payments’ in the menu.
  3. Select ‘Bill Payments’.
  4. Select the nominated bank account you wish to delete the bill payment from.
  5. Select the ‘View/Edit/Delete' button.
  6. Select the Payee Name you wish to delete.
  7. Select the ‘Delete’ button.
  8. Delete the payee by selecting the 'Yes' button in the 'Are you sure you want to do this?' section.
