How do I order a replacement True Rewards card?

To order a replacement True Rewards card, you can simply log into FastNet Classic or use the ASB Mobile app under ASB Card Control and then click on Cancel and replace (you'll find it under Temporarily lock card)

In FastNet Classic select the Card and PayTag Replacement from the left hand menu under Open and Apply or from the drop down Options menu next to your True Rewards card on the Balances page.

Simply select your True Rewards card, the reason for replacing, confirm your delivery preferences, and then click submit. You should receive your replacement True Rewards card within 5 working days. Overseas delivery times will be subject to local service providers.

If you don’t have FastNet Classic or the ASB Mobile app you can visit any ASB branch or call 0800 878 373, and we’ll organise a replacement card for you.
