How do I order a replacement True Rewards card?

You can order a replacement True Rewards card using the ASB Mobile app under ASB Card Control and then clicking on Cancel and replace. If you're using FastNet Classic internet banking:

  1. Log in to FastNet Classic. 
  2. Under the main menu select 'Cards' then 'Replace card'.
  3. Follow the instructions to order a card replacement.

You should receive your replacement True Rewards card within 5 to 7 working days. Overseas delivery times will be subject to local service providers.

If you don’t have ASB FastNet Classic Internet banking or the ASB Mobile app you can visit any ASB branch or call 0800 878 373, and we’ll organise a replacement card for you.
