Martinborough, Opunake, Stoke, Twizel, Waimate, Whangamata, Opotiki are local banking hubs that offer basic banking services:
Smart ATM: For cash withdrawal and note/coin deposits
iPads: To access our website and internet banking
Phones: To call our contact centre
Change machine: To change notes to coins (only available at Opotiki, Twizel, Waimate, Whangamata)
Book a Banker – available at Stoke, Twizel and Opunake : A Banking Consultant will be available to meet with you at these hubs to discuss your financial needs either in person or via video conferencing. This service requires advance bookings.
Daily Banker – available at Opotiki, Waimate and Whangamata: A Banking Consultant will be available one day a week at these hubs to discuss your financial needs in person. This service allows walk ins (subject to availability) and advance bookings.
Please note for the Book a Banker and Daily Banker service, ASB is rostered on one set day and time each week which varies between hubs.
