How do I set up an appointment with the bank?

Setting up an appointment is easy in the ASB Mobile Banking app, FastNet Classic internet banking, or by phoning our Contact Centre.
ASB Mobile app:
- Log in to the ASB Mobile app.
- Tap the question mark icon in the top right of the ‘Accounts’ screen.
- Tap ‘Book an appointment’, and under ‘Other ways to contact us.
- Follow the instructions.
FastNet Classic:
- Log in to your FastNet Classic account.
- Click on the message bubble with the three dots inside in the bottom right.
- Tap ‘Book an appointment’, and under ‘Other ways to contact us.
- Follow the instructions.
Phone our Contact Centre on 0800 803 804.
The helpful staff will be delighted to arrange a time for you to meet with a consultant either by phone, or in person at your nearest branch. The details of your nearest branch can be found using our branch locator.
