What do I need to do to make a claim on my ASB Visa Platinum Travel Insurance policy?

AIG can send you a claim form. Please send the following with your claim (as applicable):
- All supporting documentation, including your credit card statement showing activation of your travel.
- Proof of purchase of the items you want to claim on.
- Police reports confirming theft of items, if applicable.
- Medical invoices.

New Zealand: Visit www.asbtravel.co.nz.
Overseas: For emergency assistance while travelling overseas, call AIG Travel on +64 (4) 916 6312.
ASB's lending criteria and terms apply. Please refer to the ASB Visa Platinum Travel Insurance Policy for full details. If you are 76 years of age or over, you are not eligible for cover under the base policy, but may be able to purchase Mature Age Cover to receive travel insurance benefits. Other exclusions or limitations apply.
