How do I make a claim on my ASB Visa Platinum Travel Insurance policy?
Zurich Australian Insurance Limited can send you a claim form and tell you what information to provide. You’ll need to include documents that relate to your claim.
What you need to make a claim
Depending on your claim, you may need to provide:
- Supporting documents, including your credit card statement showing activation of your travel insurance.
- Proof of purchase for the items you’re claiming for.
- Police reports confirming theft of items, if applicable.
- Medical invoices, if applicable.

If you are 76 years of age or over, you are not eligible for cover under the base policy but may be able to purchase Mature Age Cover to receive travel insurance benefits. Other exclusions or limitations apply.
