I've lost my EFTPOS card, or it’s been stolen – how do I get a new one?

Please contact us urgently if your card is lost or stolen or in the possession of another person, or if your card or PIN is misused.

If your EFTPOS card is lost or stolen in New Zealand, call our contact centre on 0800 803 804 or notify your nearest ASB branch and we will cancel the card straight away issue a replacement card for you.

If you are overseas, call us collect through the local operator to+64 9 306 3000?
