How do I make a complaint?

You can make a complaint using our online form, in the ASB Mobile Banking app, by phone, or at an ASB branch.
Complaint options
- Use the online complaint form
- Send us a message in the ASB Mobile Banking app
- Visit an ASB branch
- Call us on 0800 803 804, or +64 9 306 3000 from overseas, between 6:30am and 11:00pm NZT
To message us in the ASB Mobile Banking app
- Log in
- Select the Help and contact icon, shown as a question mark
- Select Send a message
- Select Ask a question
- Type Make a complaint
What happens next
We’ll let you know we’ve received your complaint within 48 hours and contact you if we need more information.
If we need more time, we’ll keep you updated. We’ll review your complaint fairly and let you know the outcome as soon as we can.
