How do I cancel an Open Banking consent?

You can cancel an active Open Banking data sharing or ongoing payment consent at any time in the ASB Mobile Banking app.
To cancel an Open Banking consent
- Log in
- Select the Profile icon (it may show the first letter of your name)
- Select Settings
- Under Open banking, select Data sharing consents or Ongoing payment consents
- Under Active, select the consent you want to stop
- Select Stop Data Sharing or Stop Payment Consent
