How do I rename my accounts so they are personal to me?

You can personalise your bank account names via FastNet Classic internet banking and the ASB Mobile Banking app. For example, you could call your FastSaver 'Car Savings', or set up a dedicated 'Travel Fund'.
Here’s how:
ASB Mobile app:
- Log in to the ASB Mobile app.
- Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of the ‘Accounts’ screen.
- Tap ‘Settings’, find ‘Personalise’ and tap ‘Rename accounts’.
- Tap the account you wish to rename and tap ‘Done’.
FastNet Classic:
- Log in to your FastNet Classic account.
- Click on 'Personalise' on the top of the accounts.
- Select 'Personalise account' to change an account image or name.
- Select an account and make the changes.
- Click 'Save'.
There are some accounts that can't be renamed.
Please note, your updated account names will not be displayed on your printed statements.
