Why do I need to verify my identity and address details?

As a valued ASB customer we need your help to verify the identity details and home address that we have on file for you.  This is so we can do our part towards protecting you and to comply with New Zealand's anti-money laundering laws.

Even if you have been a customer for a long time, sometimes we are required to confirm that we have your most up-to-date information. Our goal is to make this as easy as possible, whether this is done online or in branch.
