I'm upgrading my smartphone. What should I do about ASB Mobile?

If you change your smartphone you should deregister the ASB Mobile app from your old device first. You can deregister from the ASB Mobile app in Settings, simply select the ‘deregister this device’ button. 

You can also deregister using the desktop version of FastNet Classic (under Mobile Banking). If you’re having problems registering for ASB Mobile on your new device, uninstall ASB Mobile, then install again and continue with registration.
