I have a new phone. How do I set up the ASB Mobile Banking app?

Follow these steps to set up the ASB Mobile Banking app on your new phone:
1- De-register the app on your old phone:
- Before registering your new phone, deregister the ASB Mobile Banking app from your old device.
- Open the ASB Mobile Banking app on your old device and click ‘Settings’ in the left hand menu. Select 'Security' and then ‘Deregister this device’.
- You can also deregister your old device in FastNet Classic under the profile menu in 'Manage devices'.
2- Download and register the ASB Mobile Banking app on your new device.
- If you’re having trouble registering the app on your new device, uninstall the ASB Mobile Banking app, then install it again and continue with the registration process.
