How do I reset or change my ASB login password?

You can reset or change your password using the ASB Mobile Banking app or FastNet Classic internet banking.
To change your Fastnet Classic password using the ASB Mobile Banking app you must be registered for Netcode.
What is Netcode and why do I need it?
ASB Mobile app:
- Log in to the ASB Mobile app.
- Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of the ‘Accounts’ screen.
- Tap ‘Passwords and security’.
- Select ‘Change password’.
- Tap 'Send Netcode’.
- You’ll be sent a Netcode to your Netcode registered mobile number, enter this and select ‘Continue’.
- Enter a new, unique password and confirm by re-entering.
- Select ‘Submit’.
FastNet Classic:
If you don’t know your password:
- Click 'Log In'.
- Click 'Forgot your password?'
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
If you know your password and want to change it:
- Log in to your FastNet Classic account.
- Click on 'Settings' in the top right of the page.
- Select ‘Change password’.
- Type in your current password.
- Then type in your new password and confirm by re-entering.
- Click ‘Change password’.
