I'm getting a message that says I am locked out of FastNet Classic. What should I do?

You have 5 attempts to enter your correct FastNet Classic Password. If you exceed this, FastNet Classic will prevent you logging in. This is a safeguard to prevent an unauthorised person gaining access to your account.  If you are locked out, please call the FastNet Help Desk on 0800 FASTNET (0800 327 863) or if you are overseas, please call + 64 9 306 3185 and we’ll get you logged back in.
