I'm getting a message that says I am locked out of FastNet Classic internet banking / Online Share Trading. What should I do?

You have 5 attempts to enter your correct ASB login password. If you exceed this, you will be unable to log in. This is a safeguard to prevent an unauthorised person gaining access to your account. 
 
You can reset your ASB login password for FastNet Classic internet banking and / or Online Share Trading via the ASB Mobile Banking app (Apple and Android).

  1. Open the ASB Mobile Banking app
  2. Tap the hamburger menu in the top left corner of the PIN screen
  3. Tap on ‘Reset ASB login password’ and follow the easy steps
  4. Your ASB login password will be reset, so you can log in to FastNet Classic internet banking and / or Online Share Trading

If you don’t have it, find out more and download the ASB Mobile Banking app.
