I'm getting a message that says I am locked out of FastNet Classic internet banking / Online Share Trading. What should I do?
You have 5 attempts to enter your correct ASB login password. If you exceed this, you will be unable to log in. This is a safeguard to prevent an unauthorised person gaining access to your account.
You can reset your ASB login password for FastNet Classic internet banking and / or Online Share Trading via the ASB Mobile Banking app (Apple and Android).
- Open the ASB Mobile Banking app
- Tap the hamburger menu in the top left corner of the PIN screen
- Tap on ‘Reset ASB login password’ and follow the easy steps
- Your ASB login password will be reset, so you can log in to FastNet Classic internet banking and / or Online Share Trading
