Last Updated: 31 Aug 2018

We have recently made some changes to the way you log in to FastNet Classic internet banking and Online Share Trading as part of some new features introduced based on customer feedback.

Remember, ASB will never ask you by email or text for your secure banking information or ask you to log in to your account from an email or text.

To ensure you have arrived on our genuine website, check your browser address bar is showing https://www.asb.co.nz or https://www.asb.co.nz/asb-securities.

If you have visited FastNet Classic and Online Share Trading, you might notice they have a new website address – https://online.asb.co.nz.

You should continue to access our online services by first typing asb.co.nz or asb.co.nz/asb-securities directly into your browser address bar.

Your browser address bar may also turn green. You can check that the security certificate is issued to ASB Bank Limited by clicking on the padlock icon in your address bar.

You may also see the logo for the security feature, reCAPTCHA, which provides an additional level of protection.
