  1. Go to Foreign Exchange and select Send International Transfer.

  2. Select one of the three conversion options. Select the account, you want the total cost of the International Money Transfer (IMT) to be deducted from; enter the amount you wish to convert and select the currency you want to convert to. Then select New International Transfer Quote.

  3. Review the Foreign Exchange Quote and select Make Transfer to proceed.

  4. To complete your IMT you must be registered for Netcode and have your Netcode registered mobile phone with you. You will also need to have all the Transfer Details. Select Next to continue.

  5. Enter your Beneficiary’s Bank Details. If you have the SWIFT code of the beneficiary’s bank, enter the SWIFT code. If not, search for the details by entering the country and city of the beneficiary’s bank. Then select Next.

  6. Enter the Beneficiary Account Holder Details and enter the details to appear on the beneficiary’s statement if needed. Select who will pay for the Other bank’s charges.

  7. Enter the details to appear on your statement and select Next.

  8. Check the details of your international transfer are correct and select Submit to continue.

  9. Here you can double check the details are correct before you finalise your IMT. Select Yes to continue.

  10. Enter your Netcode and select Submit to complete the transaction.

  11. You have successfully made an International Money Transfer.
