What alerts can ASB send me?
Last Updated: 07 Jan 2016
You can be alerted by TXT or email when:
- Your account balance falls below a minimum amount you set.
- Your account balance goes over a maximum you set.
- Your account is overdrawn, or if you go over an arranged overdraft limit.
- An automatic payment or bill payment will fail because there are insufficient funds in your account to cover it. So long as you deposit cleared funds by 11.45pm the same day, the payment will go through, and you will avoid an unpaid transaction fee.
Alerts are not available for direct debits because these are controlled by the merchant, not ASB.
