How do I create, change or stop my alerts?
Last Updated: 10 Sep 2019
You can set up and manage alerts on FastNet Classic internet banking or the ASB Mobile Banking app.
On FastNet Classic internet banking:
- Under your profile (click on your name in the top right-hand corner), select ‘Manage alerts’.
In the ASB Mobile Banking app:
- Go to ‘Settings’ and choose ‘Manage alerts’.
Your alerts are visible in FastNet Classic internet banking and the ASB Mobile Banking app. To receive real-time push notifications on your phone (without having to open the app), make sure you have your push notification settings turned on.
- Go to 'Settings' and choose 'Notifications'.
When setting up email alerts, check that we’ve got your correct email address in FastNet Classic internet banking:
- Click on your name in the top right-hand corner, and then select ‘Personal Profile’.
- Under the email section, you can change your primary email address. Click ‘Make primary’ to select an address as your primary email address.
