My Visa credit card or Visa Debit card is due to expire, when will I get a new card?
Last Updated: 27 Jul 2017
You’ll receive your new card the month before it expires and your expiring card will be valid until the last day of the month.
As your new card is sent to your mailing address in your profile please make sure your address is kept up to date.
If you need your card early (i.e. if you are going overseas) call 0800 803 804 or visit any ASB branch but please allow at least five business days before you need your new card.
The PIN for your new card is the same as your previous card. To activate your PIN, use your new card at any ATM or for any purchase that requires your PIN.
