Can I use my own photo on my ASB Visa Debit card?
As of 22 August 2016, we no longer offer the card personalisation option for new ASB Visa Debit cards.
If you had a personalised card prior to this date, you will be able keep that picture on your ASB Visa Debit card, and if you ever need to replace your card, you’ll always be able to use the same picture. However, from 22 August 2016 you’ll no longer be able to choose a different picture, and if you apply for a new ASB Visa Debit card after 22 August 2016, you’ll only be able to choose the standard card design.
To request a replacement card using your current picture, log in to our ASB Mobile app, FastNet Classic internet banking, pop into any ASB branch, or call us on 0800 803 804.
If you’d like to remove your personalised picture from your card, just pop into any branch or give us a call.
