How can another payment go through if my ASB Visa Debit card has been cancelled?
Last Updated: 29 Nov 2016
The transaction may have occurred prior to your card being cancelled. Depending on the merchant, it can take a bit of time for that transaction to be taken off your account.
Please review the transaction, and if you wish to dispute it you must notify us in writing within 60 days of the date the transaction was charged to your account, with full details. Please refer to the Visa Debit Card Conditions of Use document for more details.
