How do I turn push notifications on or off for the ASB Mobile Banking app?

Firstly, enable push notifications on your mobile device:
For iPhone / iPad:
- Open the ‘Settings’ app.
- Scroll to ‘ASB Mobile’.
- Select ‘Notifications’.
- Ensure ‘Allow Notifications’ is enabled.
For Android devices (e.g. Samsung):
- Open the ‘Settings’ app.
- Select ‘Apps’.
- Select ‘ASB Mobile’.
- Select ‘Notifications’.
- Swipe right on the toggle bar to enable notifications.

Secondly, enable push notifications within your ASB Mobile app settings:
- Log in to the ASB Mobile app.
- Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of the ‘Accounts’ screen.
- Tap ‘Settings’, and under ‘Notifications’ and then select ‘Push notifications’.
- Tap the selector to activate push notifications.
If you are still not receiving push notifications from ASB:
Please try restarting your phone (turning it off and back on again).
