What is the True Rewards account fee?
There is no True Rewards fee charged on eligible ASB rewards credit cards.

Do True Rewards dollars expire?
True Rewards dollars will expire once they reach the 5th year from when they were earned. As you redeem True Rewards dollars, the oldest ones will be used first.
If you have True Rewards dollars due to expire soon, we will communicate directly with you as a reminder to redeem your True Rewards dollars.
Why are True Rewards calculations being changed from daily to monthly?

How will this affect pending transactions and reward processing?
Only transactions successfully cleared at the time of processing will be included in that month's True Rewards calculation. All pending transactions at the time of processing will not be included.
Terms and Conditions
- To be eligible for the prize draw you must have an open ASB Visa Rewards and/or ASB Visa Platinum Rewards credit card. You must pay using your True Rewards card at any participating bp station nationwide between 25 May 2026 to 26 June 2026. Minimum spend of 5 True Rewards dollars applies. Entrants in the prize draw can have multiple entries but are limited to one per day.
- Customers using their True Rewards Card linked to an ASB Visa Business Rewards credit card are ineligible for the prize draw.
- There are ten prizes of $200 bp gift cards. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prizes are limited to one per person. The gift cards have an expiry of 3 years, and any balance that remain on the card after expiry will not be available for use, bp gift cards terms and conditions apply.
- All eligible entries will go into a prize draw which will be randomly drawn on Thursday 9 July 2026.
- The prize winners will be contacted between 10 July 2026 and 17 July 2026.
- In the event a prize winner is not able to be contacted by 17 July 2026, the prize will be redrawn on Monday 20 July 2026, on the same terms as the original draw.
- The judge's decision and the prize results are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. ASB and bp Oil New Zealand Limited reserves the right to remove any person from the prize draw for any reason including, but not limited to, where the conditions for entry have not been met.
- Delivery of the prize must be to a New Zealand residential address. ASB will make best endeavours to arrange delivery to the address. ASB and bp are not liable for lost or stolen prizes, or where the delivery is unable to be completed to the address for any reason.
- All personal information collected by ASB is for the purpose of this competition. This information will be held by ASB, PO Box 35, Auckland 1140 and entrants have rights of access to and correction of their information.
- By accepting the prize, the prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements that ASB and bp may reasonably require in relation to this competition.
- Employees of ASB and its related companies are not eligible to participate in this prize draw.
- ASB and bp reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the prize draw at any time.
- To the extent permitted by law, ASB, bp, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with, this competition or its prizes.
