Partner stores: Redeem instantly in-store with any of our partners by swiping your True Rewards card like you would your EFTPOS card, press the 'credit' button and enter your True Rewards PIN.
Redeem online: Our online store is open 24/7 and offers an awesome range of products, vouchers and eGift cards. Keep an eye out for our Deal of the Week! You can also redeem online with selected partners.
Using your rewards to travel: Use your True Rewards dollars for a local getaway or overseas adventure with any airline. Our travel partners, House of Travel and Mix & Match make it easier than ever to reward yourself with whatever holiday you choose.
Contribute to your KiwiSaver account: Top up your retirement savings or first home deposit by transferring True Rewards dollars to your ASB KiwiSaver Scheme account. You can even contribute to someone else's.
Donate True Rewards dollars: It's easy to use your True Rewards to help others. Just select from our range of charities, and enter the amount you'd like to donate.
What is the True Rewards account fee?
There is no True Rewards fee charged on eligible ASB rewards credit cards.

Do True Rewards dollars expire?
True Rewards dollars will expire once they reach the 5th year from when they were earned. As you redeem True Rewards dollars, the oldest ones will be used first.
If you have True Rewards dollars due to expire soon, we will communicate directly with you as a reminder to redeem your True Rewards dollars.
Why are True Rewards calculations being changed from daily to monthly?

How will this affect pending transactions and reward processing?
Only transactions successfully cleared at the time of processing will be included in that month's True Rewards calculation. All pending transactions at the time of processing will not be included.
