Contribute to your KiwiSaver account: Top up your retirement savings or first home deposit by transferring True Rewards dollars to your ASB KiwiSaver Scheme account. You can even contribute to someone else's.

There is no True Rewards fee charged on eligible ASB rewards credit cards.

True Rewards dollars will expire once they reach the 5th year from when they were earned. As you redeem True Rewards dollars, the oldest ones will be used first.
If you have True Rewards dollars due to expire soon, we will communicate directly with you as a reminder to redeem your True Rewards dollars.
To make it easy for our customers, we are looking to align how points will be distributed for our two credit card rewards offerings (True Rewards and Everyday Rewards). This means that customers switching between our rewards options can do so without having their accumulated points impacted.
From 1 February 2024, your True Rewards balance will be updated monthly based on your credit card statement period. The first True Rewards update in February 2024 will be a partial month, including all successful transactions from 1 February 2024 until the end of your monthly credit card statement period. Your True Rewards balance will take up to 2 days to process from the end of your credit card statement period.
Only transactions successfully cleared at the time of processing will be included in that month's True Rewards calculation. All pending transactions at the time of processing will not be included.
Just swipe your True Rewards card at our partner stores to redeem instantly. You can also redeem online at participating online partners.
Pay using the details on your True Rewards card, the same as you would with your credit card.
