There is no True Rewards fee charged on eligible ASB Visa credit cards.
True Rewards dollars will expire once they reach the 5th year from when they were earned. As True Rewards dollars are redeemed, the oldest ones will be used first.
If you have True Rewards dollars that are due to expire soon, we will communicate directly with you as a reminder to spend your True Rewards dollars.
If you have not received any communication from ASB regarding this change or True Rewards expiry, then you will not have True Rewards dollars expiring.
