How to switch
1. Log in
Log in to FastNet Classic or the ASB Mobile Banking app. You may need to download the newest version of the app. Then, select your True Rewards card from the account menu.
2. Select Everyday Rewards
Select the three dots in the top right corner. Then select "Switch to Everyday Rewards".
3. Start getting rewarded
Follow the steps to join or sign into Everyday Rewards.
Questions you may have

Can I earn both True Rewards and Everyday Rewards in the same credit card statement period?
No, the rewards option you have selected at the end of the credit card statement period will be the option for all your eligible purchases for that statement period. You cannot earn a combination of True Rewards and Everyday Rewards during any one statement period.
For example, if you switch from earning True Rewards to Everyday Rewards in the middle of your statement period, Everyday Rewards points will be applied to all your purchases for that statement period.

How many times can I switch between earning True Rewards dollars or Everyday Rewards points?
You will be able to switch between True Rewards dollars and Everyday Rewards points at any time during the day, but the change will take effect overnight. You are able to switch as many times as you like.
The rewards option you have selected at the end of the credit card statement period will be the option for all your eligible purchases for that statement period.

How do I get an Everyday Rewards account?
If you are a current member of Woolworths Onecard loyalty programme, the transition is easy. Simply sign into Everyday Rewards with your current Onecard details, and your account will be linked. From 1 February 2024, any remaining Onecard points or vouchers will be transferred to your Everyday Rewards account.
If you do not have a Onecard account simply visit the Everyday Rewards website and follow the steps provided to sign up.

Can I link multiple ASB rewards credit cards to one Everyday Rewards account, or vice versa?
No — only one ASB rewards credit card can be linked to one Everyday Rewards account at a time.
Personal ASB rewards credit cards:
• Each cardholder requires their own Everyday Rewards account.
• For Joint or Additional cardholders, each cardholder can choose to earn either True Rewards or Everyday Rewards, regardless of what the other cardholder selects.Business ASB rewards credit cards:
• The entire credit card account can only be linked to one Everyday Rewards account which will link all cardholders. This is because a change in the rewards programme (True Rewards or Everyday Rewards) by one account owner will apply for all cardholders.

What types of transactions are excluded from earning Everyday Rewards Points?
Customers will not earn Everyday Rewards points on their ASB rewards credit card on the following transactions:
• Cash advances or transactions (including a credit card transaction treated by ASB as a cash advance or quasi-cash advance)
• Adjustments
• Government charges
• Interest charges
• Bank fees
• Annual credit card account or other fees
• Card balance transfers from another bank's credit card (unless otherwise stipulated by the ASB)Please refer to the Everyday Rewards - Terms and Conditions for a full list of their excluded transactions at partner stores.

Everyday Rewards Switching Offer
^Offer is valid from 25 July 2024 until further notice and is limited to one issue of bonus points per True Rewards account. Bonus points will be awarded to eligible account holders at the conclusion of the statement cycle where the qualifying purchase is made, subject to Everyday Rewards remaining the selected reward. Qualifying purchases are those which earn Everyday Rewards points. ASB will provide personally unidentifiable information to Everyday Rewards programme for the purpose of issuing the bonus points.
Unlock up to $300 in Everyday Rewards vouchers Terms and Conditions:
†Open a new ASB Visa Rewards, ASB Visa Platinum Rewards, or ASB Visa Business Rewards credit card account between 6 October and 16 November 2025. Get 20,000 bonus Everyday Rewards points when you open a new ASB Visa Rewards credit card account, or 40,000 bonus Everyday Rewards points when you open a new ASB Visa Platinum Rewards or ASB Visa Business Rewards credit card account, and switch to Everyday Rewards by 3 December 2025.
Offer is not available for customers who hold or have held the respective ASB rewards credit card account in the past 12 months, transfers from an existing ASB credit card, or in combination with any other offers.
Offer is limited to one award of bonus points per eligible and qualifying credit card account, and the bonus Everyday Rewards points will be allocated to the linked Everyday Rewards account of the cardholder by 17 December 2025.
The credit card account and Everyday Rewards accounts must be open and linked at the time of issuing the bonus Everyday Rewards points. Bonus Everyday Rewards points will be converted to your reward choice as set in your Everyday Rewards account.
Where multiple ASB rewards credit card accounts meet the eligibility criteria for the offers, you will receive the higher value of the offers.
