The following Advice Centres (branches) will be open 10am-4pm on Matariki (Friday 10 July):
Botany Downs, Broadway, Sylvia Park, Albany, Glenfield, Manukau City, Lynnmall (New Lynn), NorthWest, St Lukes, WestCity Henderson, Porirua - North City.
The rest of our Advice Centres not listed above will be closed on this day.
Temporary changes to our Te Rapa and Chartwell Advice Centres (branches)
From 15 June 2026, our Te Rapa Advice Centre will be closed for an exciting renovation and expansion. This is planned to take approximately twelve weeks. During this period, our Chartwell Advice Centre will be extending their opening hours to 7 days a week to help with your banking needs. We will update you with an exact reopening date for Te Rapa Advice Centre as soon as we can.

You can book a time to see our Personal Banking staff who are available on Tuesdays from 10am to 2pm by appointment only. They can help with Financial Wellbeing, KiwiSaver, and general account enquiries.
