Temporary changes to our Te Rapa and Chartwell Advice Centres (branches)
Our Te Rapa Advice Centre is currently closed for an exciting renovation and expansion. This is planned to take approximately seventeen weeks from 15 June 2026. During this period, our Chartwell Advice Centre is extending their opening hours to 7 days a week to assist with your banking needs. Our Te Rapa Advice Centre is scheduled to reopen on Thursday 15 October 2026. The onsite ATMs are available throughout the temporary closure period.

You can book a time to see our Personal Banking staff who are available on Tuesdays from 10am to 2pm by appointment only. They can help with Financial Wellbeing, KiwiSaver, and general account enquiries.
