Temporary changes to our Te Rapa and Chartwell Advice Centres (branches)
Our Te Rapa Advice Centre is currently closed for an exciting renovation and expansion. This is planned to take approximately seventeen weeks from 15 June 2026. During this period, our Chartwell Advice Centre is extending their opening hours to 7 days a week to assist with your banking needs. The current planned reopening date for Te Rapa Advice Centre is Monday 12 October 2026. Our onsite ATMs will continue to be available during the temporary closure period.
