Advice Centre closures update
Due to severe weather, the following Advice Centres (branches) will be closed on Wednesday 21 January:
Kaitāia, Kaikohe, Dargaville
All our other Advice Centres are open as normal.
We expect our phone lines to be busy at this time, so if your request isn't urgent, please hold off calling to enable our teams to deal with urgent requests. Instead, we encourage you to send us a secure message through "My Messages" by logging into FastNet Classic internet banking. We will respond as quickly as possible.

You can book a time to see our Personal Banking staff who are available on Tuesdays from 10am to 2pm by appointment only. They can help with Financial Wellbeing, KiwiSaver, and general account enquiries.
