How to close a Streamline transaction or savings account in the ASB Mobile Banking app

If your account has a balance of $0.00, you can request to have your account closed through the ASB Mobile app.

Log into the ASB Mobile Banking app and select the Streamline transaction or savings account you wish to close.

Select More options or the three-dot menu option on the top right of the screen. A pop up will appear. Select Close this account.

Once your request has been submitted, the next screen will show.
Once the request has been completed, you will receive an authenticated notification in a few days to let you know the account is now closed.
