Why have some of my True Rewards dollars disappeared?
Last Updated: 20 Aug 2018
If you receive a refund for purchase(s) of goods or services on your credit card, your True Rewards account may be debited for the amount earned on the refunded purchase(s).
You can check this in FastNet Classic by clicking 'True Rewards' on the 'Balances' screen, then selecting 'View transactions'; via the ASB Mobile app under 'True Rewards' from the 'Accounts' page; or by calling us on 0800 878 373.
