Why can't I see my account numbers in FastNet Classic internet banking?
Last Updated: 18 Aug 2022
By default Tile view is visible when you open FastNet Classic, but it's easy to switch to see your account numbers, here's how:
- On the balance page, click 'Personalise'.
- When the Personalise box opens, click on 'Switch account view'.
- Then select 'List view'.
- Finally, click 'Save'.
You'll now be able to see more account information including your account numbers.
If there are some accounts that you’re not able to see, just click the 'View All' button to expand the view.
