Can I hide an account or ASB Visa credit card in FastNet Classic or the ASB Mobile Banking app?
Last Updated: 28 May 2025
You can hide accounts so they do not display on your balances summary and money cannot be transferred out of them. Once hidden, accounts will continue to display elsewhere in FastNet Classic internet banking and in the ASB Mobile Banking app. Your hidden account preferences can be set in FastNet Classic and are reflected in the ASB Mobile app.
You can hide most Transaction & Savings accounts, Investments, Managed funds and Visa Business credit cards.
To hide an account:
- Log into FastNet Classic.
- Select 'Settings' at the top right of the screen.
- Choose ‘Hide or show accounts’.
- Tick the accounts you would like to hide and click ‘Save’.
Find out what to do if a hidden account is showing on your balances.
