Work as a team with FastNet Business

As a Society Cheque account holder you can use our internet banking platform, FastNet Business, with no monthly fees*.

FastNet Business lets you make two-to-sign payments online. The people you set up as payment authorisers can log on from anywhere to check and approve payments – so you don’t need to drive the cheque book around town or wait for a meeting to make payments.

FastNet Business also lets you give people access to your account, while controlling what they can see and do. That’s perfect if you want to give your board members view only access to your accounts, or if you have a financial team who reconcile your accounts and donations.

FastNet Business even has a mobile app so you can do your banking anytime, anywhere.


Linking your banking to your online accounting

Do you use Xero or MYOB for your accounting? You can link your Society Cheque account to your online accounting system, and see all your transactions every morning, automatically, ready to reconcile.

You also have the option of uploading payments in Xero which are then automatically imported into FastNet Business, ready to authorise. It saves you time because you or your team only need to enter the payment details once, reducing errors.



Take your support to the street

If you raise money from the public through appeals, stalls or even sausage sizzles, then our mobile EFTPOS solution, Accept mPOS, could be perfect.

You link the payment terminal to your smart phone, and then you can take EFTPOS and credit card payments anywhere you have coverage. It’s super-simple to use, and in a world where cash and change is becoming rarer, it can help build on the success of your public fund-raising activities.


Simplify your expenses

If you or your team make regular purchases on behalf of your organisation, consider an ASB business credit card. You can make online and over the counter purchases, and check your transactions in FastNet Business or FastNet Classic. You can also integrate your transactions with your online accounting system.

You can get up to 50 days interest free on purchases on your ASB business credit card, which helps to manage your cash flow, plus it could make reconciliation quicker and easier.


Take control of your regular contributions

If you operate on donations, subscriptions or membership fees, ASB Smart Debit lets you automatically deduct payments from your supporters’ accounts, using direct debit.
