How to update your contact details on FastNet Classic internet banking and the ASB Mobile Banking app.

You can update and add additional addresses through FastNet Classic internet banking or the ASB Mobile Banking app. Keeping your address up to date keeps you verified and tells us where to send important documents.

Add an additional address

  1. In the address section of your personal profile select Add another address.

  2. Start typing in your new address. If your address appears in the drop-down select it and click Next then go to Step 5. If your address does not appear in the dropdown then go to Step 3.

  3. If your address does not appear in the drop-down then click Enter Manually from the drop-down.

  4. Select the type of address you want to enter and fill in the required fields. Click Next.

  5. Select the accounts you want to add the address to.

    Note: You can also choose whether you would like marketing communication to be sent to this address.

    Click Save address

    Success, your new address has now been added.

Update an existing address

  1. In the address section of your personal profile, click Update next to the address you wish to update.

  2. Start entering your new address. If your address appears in the drop-down select it. Click Save address. Your address should now be updated. If your address does not appear in the drop-down then go to Step 3.

  3. If your address does not appear in the drop-down menu click Enter Manually from the drop-down.

  4. Select the type of address you want to enter and fill in the required fields. 

    Click Save address.

    Success, your new address has now been added.

Manage your postal options

  1. In the address section of your personal profile click Manage postal options.

  2. Click Update next to the address that you want to update.

  3. Start typing in your new address. If your address appears in the drop-down select it and click Next. Go to Step 5.

  4. If your address does not appear in the drop-down then click Enter Manually from the drop-down.

  5. Select the type of address you want to enter and fill in the required fields. Click Next.

  6. Select the accounts you want to add the address to. 

    Note
    : You can also choose whether you would like marketing communication to be sent to this address.

    Click Save address.

    Success. Your new address has now been added.
