What if my property information is incorrect or missing in Home Central?

The property information we use comes from CoreLogic NZ Ltd and contains estimations of property values and characteristics. These estimates might not accurately reflect market values, so shouldn't be used as a professional valuation.

If you feel you need to change your property details, please contact CoreLogic on 0800 355 355 or update your home details on CoreLogic's website.

Property details are missing when we are unable to match the property to details provided by Corelogic. For example: Legal description of 16 Smith Street doesn’t match to council details which have the address as 1/16 Smith Street and 2/16 Smith Street. We are currently working to rectify this.
