I haven't received my notification for two-step verification using the ASB Mobile Banking app. What now?

First, verify that you are eligible. See How do I register for two-step verification using the ASB Mobile Banking app?

Next, check that notifications are enabled in your device settings:

For iOS: 

  1. Open the ‘Settings’ app
  2. Scroll to ‘ASB Mobile’
  3. Select ‘Notifications’
  4. Ensure ‘Allow notifications’ is enabled

For Android:

  1. Open the ‘Settings’ app
  2. Select ‘Notifications’
  3. Select ‘ASB Mobile’
  4. Swipe right on the toggle bar to enable notifications

Finally, ensure your device is connected to the internet. Internet is required to receive and approve two-step verification requests on ASB Mobile. Netcode text messages or tokens may be used without internet.
