I haven't received my notification for two-step verification using the ASB Mobile Banking app. What now?

First, verify that you are eligible. See How do I register for two-step verification using the ASB Mobile Banking app?

Next, check that notifications are enabled in your device settings. If you need to enable notifications, see How do I turn push notifications on or off for the ASB Mobile banking app? If notifications are already enabled but you are not receiving the two-step verification push notifications, please try restarting your phone (turning it off and back on again).

Finally, ensure your device is connected to the internet. Internet is required to receive and approve two-step verification requests on ASB Mobile. You can try turning Wi-Fi on or off, then trying again.  

If you don’t have internet on your mobile device, you can still choose to verify using a text message or physical token by clicking on ‘Other ways to verify’.
