How do I view and export previous transactions on a closed ASB credit card?
Last Updated: 19 Jul 2021
You can view and export past transactions on closed credit cards 2 ways:
Via Search and Export:
- Log in to FastNet Classic internet banking.
- Open the menu in the top left of the screen.
- In the 'Everyday banking' section, select 'Search and export transactions'.
- Choose the account you want to see a statement for.
- Select the date range you want to view by clicking the calendar icon to the right of the 'From' date range box and choosing a month and day.
- Repeat this for the 'To' date.
- If you are searching for something specific, e.g., 'rates', enter that term in the search box.
- Then select 'View' or ‘Export’ button if you want to save this information.
Note: Additional card holders are not able to search and export closed credit card transactions.
Via Documents:
- Log in to FastNet Classic.
- Open the menu in the top left of the screen.
- On the right hand side, select 'Documents'.
- Choose the date range you are wanting to view.
- Select 'All documents'.
- Select ‘All accounts’ OR ‘Closed and other’.
Note: This is only available to customers who are joint or standalone card holders.
For further information, you can read our Search and Export instructions.
