You can view and export past transactions on closed credit cards 2 ways:
Via Search and Export:
- Login to FastNet Classic internet banking
- Select ‘Search and Export’ from the 'Accounts' menu
- Select your closed credit card from the drop-down box
- Select the date range you’re wanting to view
- Enter any particular search references (e.g. water bill)
- Choose the export format if you wish to save the information
- Click ‘View’ to view the details on screen OR click the ‘Export’ button if you want to save this information.
Note: Additional card holders are not able to search and export closed credit card transactions.
Via Document Centre
- Login to FastNet Classic internet banking
- Select ‘Documents’ from the ‘Document Centre’ menu
- Choose the date range you are wanting to view
- Select 'All documents'
- Select ‘All accounts’ OR ‘Closed and other’
Note: This is only available to customers who are joint or standalone card holders.
