How does ASB Securities handle foreign dividends?
Last Updated: 23 Mar 2017
ASB Securities will receive all foreign dividends for stock held in custody (excluding Australia) in cash in the default payment currency, generally the home currency of where the stock is incorporated. We will deposit these funds into your attached Foreign Currency Account (FCA) or NZD Cash Management Account where an FCA is unavailable.
If you don't currently have an FCA find out more information and join online on our Foreign Currency Account page.
