How can I unsubscribe from marketing communications I receive from ASB?
Unsubscribing from an ASB marketing communication is easy. You can do this by;
- Replying STOP – if received via Text.
- Selecting unsubscribe at the bottom of the message – if received via email or notification.
- Letting our staff member know that you no longer want to be contacted via phone – if called.
- Calling the Contact Centre and letting us know that you no longer want to be contacted via post – if received via post.
Or log into FastNet Classic internet banking at any time and select Communications from the drop down menu in the top right of the screen. Here you can select how you would like to hear from us and what information you are interested in.
