Can I set my communication preferences online?

Yes, to update your communication preferences online:

  1. Log in to FastNet Classic internet banking.
  2. Select the down arrow next to your name in the top right of the screen.
  3. Select 'Communications' from the menu.
  4. Update your details as necessary. 

If you would like to change any of your contact details you can either access the personal profile page from the menu or on the communications page go to 'How can ASB reach you with relevant marketing information?' and click edit to update the contact details and follow the prompts. If there is no contact details select 'add' and follow the prompts.

Turning off your communication preferences will not stop you from receiving important information about the products you already hold or service information we may need to pass on.

If you have access to business accounts through FastNet Classic, then you can also access business communication preferences through the drop down menu on the communications page and set any of your communication preferences in the same way as your personal settings.
