What happens if I did not receive the text message containing my OTP (One Time Pin) when setting up Google Pay?
Last Updated: 28 May 2019
The One Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to your Netcode registered mobile number. If you did not receive your OTP it is likely that this mobile number is out of date. We can help you, just give the ASB Contact Centre a call or pop into your local branch to change your Netcode registered mobile number.
