Can I see past statement history and transactions on my account?
Yes, you can now view up to seven years of transaction history on ASB bank accounts and transaction history from 1 December 2010 on ASB Credit Cards.
To do this:
- Log in to FastNet Classic.
- On the left hand main navigation menu, under ‘Accounts’, select ‘Search and Export’
- Select the account you wish to work with and select a date range. Click on the calendar icon to the right of the date range box to select a month and make sure you specify a particular day, such as 1 April.
- If you are searching for something specific, eg ‘rates’ enter that term in the search box.
- Select View.
You can export up to 10,000 transactions per file download . This restriction has been put in place to prevent performance issues and maximise successful downloads.
You can also view statements for all your accounts (including credit card statements) in Document Centre in FastNet Classic online banking. Document Centre stores PDF files of your paper statements from as far back as 1 December 2010, even if you have chosen to stop your paper statement.
