When you need to make a claim on your ASB insurance policy, we understand it can be a difficult time. That’s why it’s best to simply call us to discuss your claim, so we can help identify what you’ll need to provide.

Because every business’ situation is different, the type of information needed to help process your claim will tend to vary. That’s why it’s best to simply call us to discuss your claim, so we can help identify what you’ll need to provide.
In the meantime, you’ll need to try and avoid any further loss or damage happening. Unless it is an emergency, do not spend any money on repairs or replacement without talking to us first. If you have no option but to pay for emergency work without gaining our approval; always keep your receipts and contact us at the earliest opportunity.
If your claim involves damage to someone else’s property, or injury to someone else, don’t admit you’re at fault. Simply say you need to speak to your insurer, then call us on 0800 200 242.
