How does the tool work?
There are 5 simple steps
- Discover - Add your building(s), compare scenarios and build your plan. See indicative costs, benefits and potential returns.
- Assess - Work with an energy expert to assess your building, conduct selected pre-assessments or audits, and develop a tailored plan. Fees may apply for selected assessments or audits. Alternatively, connect directly with suppliers to gather quotes and validate costs and savings to support your investment decision.
- Fund - Compare ways to fund your project, including using your own funds, finance, or a combination of both. See how different options could affect costs, cashflow and expected outcomes. ASB sustainable finance solutions may be available for eligible projects, subject to approval.
- Deliver - Once funding and internal approvals are in place, move into delivery. Track progress as work and formal assessments are completed.
- Monitor - Where meters are installed, use live data to track building performance and report energy use, costs, carbon emissions and other relevant outcomes against your business case, so you can see what your investment is delivering.

What happens after I identify and assess opportunities?
