We'll let you know by email or letter, and we'll post updates on the ASB website.
3. What happens if I don't update my identity verification?
Some customers may be contacted to provide more information. This is required
for CMC Markets to meet New Zealand regulatory requirements. If the information
requested is not provided when required, you won’t be able to use ASB Share Central
when it launches.
4. Is there anything I need to do now?
Just make sure your contact details are up to date so you don't miss any updates, here's how to update your details. In the meantime, you can keep tabs on our website for the latest news.
5. Will my investments or holdings change?
No. Your existing shares, ETFs, and cash holdings will move across with your account.
6. Will my login details change?
No. Your account number and login details will stay the same.
