Apply online if you are an ASB customer. If not, learn how to open an ASB account here.
03. Get a decision
You'll receive a notification on your FastNet Classic internet banking or ASB Mobile Banking app and our team will be in contact within the next week to talk about your application.
04. Get your money
We endeavour to put the money in your account the same day you sign the documents.

- Fortnightly or monthly repayments - make extra payments online at any time, with no early repayment charges or fees.
- Apply to borrow any amount over $2,000 if you're over 18 and are a New Zealand Citizen, Resident, or on a New Zealand Work Visa (conditions apply).
- Easily keep track of your loan online or in the ASB Mobile Banking app.
- Flexible repayment options - choose your loan term, from 6 months to 7 years.
- Combine multiple debts into one loan and have a single easy repayment - fortnightly or monthly.

Interest rates and fees
As an example, if you borrow $5,000 over 5 years at 13.90% p.a., the total interest cost will be about $2,004. Our standard fixed interest rate of 13.90% p.a. gives you certainty of your rate. Know the rate you will receive before applying, rather than finding out once you submit an application.
