Rupert and his wife Rosa own and operate a 200-hectare irrigated dairy support farm in South Canterbury. Rosa is also the co-founder of the successful food business Two Raw Sisters. Together with their young daughter, they enjoy spending time outdoors and working on the farm as a family.

Rupert grew up on his family’s high country station in Central Otago. After boarding school, he studied Soil and Plant Science at Lincoln University, then completed a Master’s in Business Development at the University of Canterbury - combining his passion for agriculture with business.

He began his career in rural banking in Timaru before moving into an advisory role at KPMG, where he worked with farming clients on financial planning, tax, budgeting, business strategy, and succession planning. His focus has always been on helping clients build more resilient, sustainable businesses.

Rupert is deeply passionate about agriculture and the people who drive it. He’s committed to supporting farming businesses to achieve their goals in an industry that continues to support his own.
