Jess Pease

Rural Relationship Manager

Jess grew up on a sheep and beef farm in Hawkes Bay. She graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Agricultural Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in AgriBusiness.

She joined ASB in 2023 as a Graduate based in Waikato and then joined the ASB Otago Team in 2025, based in Dunedin.

Outside of work Jess enjoys playing tennis and getting outdoors through hiking and hunting.
