Aran Young

Rural Manager

Aran was born and raised on a sheep and beef farm in Western Southland. He joined ASB as a Rural Graduate based in Ashburton in February 2016 after graduating from Lincoln University with a Bachelor in Agricultural Commerce.

Aran has recently moved, as a Rural Manager, from Mid Canterbury to North Canterbury, and is excited to work with a diverse portfolio of motivated Rural Businesses to help them achieve their goals and ambitions. Throughout his time in Mid Canterbury, Aran has gained experience in working with large scale Dairy, Arable and Dairy Support businesses as well as his background in Sheep and Beef farming growing up. He is excited to continue to challenge himself and forge strong relationships with his clients.
 
Outside of work Aran enjoys Music, Sport and the Outdoors New Zealand has to offer.
