Lachie Finch

Rural Corporate Relationship Manager

Born and Bred in the Waikato, Lachie has grown up in the rural sector - with a background in dairy and agricultural contracting.

Educated at Otago University, he joined ASB as a graduate in 2022 based in the Canterbury Region. From here he moved into a Rural Manager role in a book based from Kaikoura to the Waitaki.

He spent two years in this role and covered a range of business’s and sectors across the broader agricultural industry.

In late 2024 he was appointed to a Relationship Manager role in the Rural Corporate team and is now based in the Waikato.

Lachie is interested in developing relationships with people in the rural sector and helping them to achieve their financial targets.

Outside of work Lachie enjoys all sports and outdoor activities, especially rugby, cricket and fishing.
